PFEIFER-laststroppen LSG, der er certificeret af TÜV, anvendes som anhugningspunkt til statisk hvilende belastninger. Monteringen udføres fladt i loftet på elevatorskakter af stålbeton. I den indbyggede tilstand anvendes laststroppen udelukkende som anhugningspunkt for midlertidige laster. Det er eksempelvis tilladt at ophænge en elevatorstol eller andre genstande ved monterings- og vedligeholdelsesarbejder midlertidigt på laststroppen - altid uden persontransport. Laststropper må ikke anvendes som faldsikring. Hertil fås alternativt øjekroge med tilsvarende godkendelse.
