PFEIFER convinces at maintenance trade fair as a system provider for work equipment testing

Apart from products from the PFEIFER range such as personal protection equipment or transport and lifting devices, the trade fair visitors were particularly interested in the services provided by the wire rope and lifting technology expert from Memmingen. "Our comprehensive service program for reliable work equipment testing and operational safety met with a broad response and a very positive echo from the visitors," Gerster reports. PFEIFER focused on presenting itself to the visitors as a system provider offering comprehensive service and the appropriate electronic management system for the regular inspection of work equipment. "We assume all legally stipulated testing duties of our customers, so that they can fully concentrate on their value-creating activities“, says Gerster. "The spectrum ranges from the individual marking of work equipment through to the regular maintenance of the operating resources by the PFEIFER Mobile Service and its specially trained employees." Amongst other things, the PFEIFER service offers were displayed on a trade fair presentation wall specially developed for the purpose, including an integrated info screen. In addition, the visitors were able to convince themselves of the PFEIFER products and services by means of several exhibits and brochures as well as in a personal dialogue. All in all, Gerster sees an extremely positive result: "The spirit at the trade fair booth was super. Our offers met with the approval of the visitors. The team did a great job. We were able to hold some really good conversations and establish numerous new contacts.”
