The delivery and subsequent installation of the stay cables for a bridge in Raunheim was another highlight for PFEIFER in the field of bridge construction.
In the course of this project the newly developed, dynamically loadable fittings Type 700 and Type 710 were installed for the first time. These rope terminations are distinguished by their audited and confirmed fatigue resistance to cyclic loads.
