The Bearing Systems comprise the Steel Bearing and the height-adjustable VarioSonic Staircase Bearing product groups. The advantages of these systems are mainly that the precast elements can be prefabricated under controlled conditions at the warehouse. They can then be easily and quickly installed on the construction site without exposure to the weather. Expensive site work such as the attachment of neoprene supports or similar can be avoided with the PFEIFER systems. Shorter construction times mean that the user benefits from both qualitative and economic perspectives.
