Anchor plates consist of a steel plate with welded-on shear bolts and are used to attach steel components to concrete elements. For this purpose the anchor plates are concreted into the concrete element. The shear bolts serve as anchoring. When installed, the steel plate is flush with the surface with one side free of concrete. On this side the welding of a steel component is possible.
