The Female Bar with Nail Plate PH is a key component of the PH Reinforcement Connection System. It comprises a reinforcement bar, to guarantee an overlap length, with a swaged metric threaded socket for connection. In combination with other elements of the PH System a 100 % load-bearing reinforcement connection can be produced. The Nail Plate is an efficient method of formwork fixing and is supplied as standard with the Female Bars.

Possible loads
The PH System transmits both static and dynamic loads safely and reliably.
MPA BAU (Technical University of Munich) has certified that according to the provisions of ISO 15835 the product can withstand seismic loads resulting from earthquakes.
The certificate relates exclusively to the combination of two Female Bars with one Threaded Connecting Bolt. The Female Bars are manufactured for this application from special, B500C high ductility reinforcing steel.
Available variants / Versions
The Female Bars are available in standard sized bar diameters of between 8 and 40 mm.
Application-specific designs, for example bent rods, can be manufactured on request.

The admissible design resistance values are shown in table form in the associated product brochure.
