In order to economically create Slim floor constructions, PFEIFER offers the innovative composite beam Hybridbeam®. Slim floor constructions are defined as optimized ceiling constructions that allow an unimagined increase in efficiency in terms of building use. This extremely slim design attempts to place all statically relevant elements within the ceiling cross-section. The PFEIFER Hybridbeam® is available in different variants which are used as static load-bearing, flush supporting beams made of a composite of high-performance materials. This gives both the client and the architect a flush soffit with extreme design freedom and no interfering cross-sections. The PFEIFER replacement beam BHRW is suitable for the construction of ceiling openings in prestressed concrete precast ceilings.
