Round strand rope, high performance rotation resistant
High performance rotation resistant ropes are rope constructions with at least 15 outer strands. The core properties of these rope constructions are the largely compensation of the torque of the core and the outer strands and thus the ropes are prevented from twisting. Due to this rope characteristics high performance rotation resistant ropes are used for applications with high lifting heights and to lift unguided loads. Ropes of this construction can be used with or without swivels.
