A betonelemekben lévő építéstechnikai rögzítések meghibásodás esetén nem jelentenek életveszélyt, illetve nem okoznak jelentős anyagi kárt és nem veszélyeztetik biztonságot. Az ilyen rögzítések építésfelügyeleti szempontból nem relevánsak, s a PFEIFER polihüvelyekkel költségtakarékosan megvalósíthatók.
