PFEIFER P-PLUS – the service of the future
PFEIFER P-PLUS is the service system for the lifting technology of the future. Through the use of special sensors and digital tools, the entire data can be acquired from lifting devices such as coil grabs and visualised (condition monitoring). Load statuses and maintenance intervals are displayed clearly in real time. The number of load cycles, the motor operating hours, the angle of inclination of the grab or the lubrication condition can also be read off. Load-relevant data such as temperature and weight are also displayed. In addition, push messages indicate when critical limit values have been reached. A further advantage: the data can be displayed anywhere in the world at any time and on all end devices. PFEIFER P-PLUS offers real added value through digitisation: greater safety, reduced downtimes, longer service life of the devices – foresighted, worldwide, networked. High operating comfort – the INVERTO positioner impresses with new functions
The PFEIFER INVERTO positioner is one of the absolute all-rounders in coil and tool handling. Equipped with new control and operating elements as well as further useful features, the INVERTO now impresses with even greater usability. The proven radio remote control is supplemented by a new touch operating element, which is integrated directly in the positioner or in a separate unit. With the aid of intelligent sensors, the panel provides information on the number of load turning procedures as well as the weight of the load and enables the direct setting of the turning and tilting angle. This makes the INVERTO more flexible for users. In addition, the data acquired facilitates the regular maintenance. A further new item is a table extension, which can be pulled out manually by up to 300 mm in order to safely support any overhangs.
