In order to achieve clear legal security for national and international delivery transactions, PFEIFER introduced Incoterms 2010 as general terms of delivery in July 2014.
The Incoterms® (International Commercial Terms) are a series of rules for the definition of specified terms and conditions in foreign trading. The rules are published by the privately organised International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Experts from the international and national circle of ICC members regularly adapt the Incoterms®-rules to reflect current developments.
