Caution: the carrying capacity of permanent load-lifting magnets is influenced by the following factors, which need to be taken into account when making the right choice:- Contact surface (such as rust or paint) and the resulting air gap- Material thickness- Temperature (> 80° not permissible with standard models – permanent damage to the device!)- Workpiece dimensions or inherent stability- Material composition of the load to be liftedAll 5 factors can occur at the same time and affect the carrying capacity accordingly!Carrying capacity reductions in relation to the factors can be taken from the tables!
Use for parallel shear pull is forbidden – use magnets only to lift straight upwards, not at an inclination angle.
