Turnover unit VERTO
Electric motorised Turning units for safe lifting and turning of inherent loads with nearly round or square corss-section without sharp edges or aggressive surfaces. Especially suitable for long and bulky goods, e.g. precast concrete parts, welded frames etc. Load attachment by lifting straps.
Advantages

  • Save time - ready for immediate use: No lengthy assembly, no time-consuming blocking measures. When the load is right, the turning unit is ready to go straight away. For a smooth and fast turning process directly during operation - without long preparation times.
  • Gentle load handling - without damage: The load is picked up using textile lifting belts, which can also be coated on request - for gentle handling without scratches or pressure marks.
  • Flexible and well thought-out - convincing technology: With a factory-set belt speed, optional battery operation for mobile applications (up to 3 hours running time) and intuitive operation, the VERTO turning unit offers maximum user-friendliness - delivered ready for operation and can be integrated immediately.
Standard design

Safety equipment

  • Turnover procedure can be stopped at any time and in each position by emergency stop.
  • LED signal lamps

Suspension

  • Suspension suitable for single crane hooks acc. to DIN 15401.

  • Functions: Turn forwards, turn backwards, certified emergency stop

Supply

  • Completely wired, with electrical control in the switch box and with plug connection for connection to the crane electrics. Without spring cable drum.
