The Super Waved Anchors are optimized lifting anchors for the handling of thin-walled precast concrete elements, generally modules. They are characterized by a small thread and socket diameter and have an unmistakable round Z-thread.
Safe load application takes place in this case via the anchor wave.

Users can select from a variety of innovative accessories for simple formwork fixing (see optional accessories).

Possible loads
Possible load directions are tensile loads, parallel shear loads up to 45° and transversal shear loads (additional reinforcement required for β > 0°).
Available variants / Versions
With just three load capacities the Super Waved Anchor has a tensile strength range of 55 kN to 220 kN and can be used even with densely packed reinforcement.
Calculation
The technically suitable dimensioning of a lifting anchor must take into account technical directive VDI/BV-BS 6205 and must conform to the EC Machinery Directive.
