Fast and secure anchoring – even when it’s frosty: PFEIFER Column Shoe System PCC

For the benefit of our customers PFEIFER constantly tries to develop optimized system expansion and improvements. At the beginning of the year and just in time PFEIFER introduces at the BAUMA 2016 the new column shoe PCC as a further developed version in the product portfolio of the PFEIFER Column Shoe System. With the new PFEIFER Column Shoe System PCC the load-bearing connection of columns to foundations or columns to columns by simply bolting together are possible. Therewith the separation of foundations and columns for transport and assembly is feasible. The full load-bearing capacity without grouting times and boundary conditions is ensured. The installation of the foundation anchors in the foundation is carried out on the building site or in the precast plant. In contrast the installation of the column shoes takes place in the precast plant. Therewith the separate transport of the elements on the building site is ensured while optimizing the logistical boundary conditions. The assembly of the precast elements is done by simply bolting together. The connection is instantly capable. Complex supports are not necessary.
