The VS® Long Boxes T20 and Rails T50, always in combination, are used for constructive connections of precast wall panels and columns and for connecting two walls. The T-long boxes and rails have a black clip for unambiguous assignment.

Function
The VS® Long Box T20 is always combined with a VS® Rail T50 and they are connected by threading a reinforcement bar though their overlapping loops. The joint is then cast in place with a suitable mortar.
There are two types of joint filling material: a self-compacting, free-flowing grouting material and an approval-compliant joint filling mortar with plastic, thixotropic properties.
Professional use qualifies mortars from the manufacturers PAGEL®, P&T® and BETEC®.

Combinable products
VS® Joint Pressure Formwork FDS, which is available separately, is recommended for production of the optimum joint in the connection.
