The Cylinder Anchor was developed to connect the facing and load bearing layers in concrete sandwich elements Thanks to its cylindrical shape it can be used as a bearing anchor and transfer forces in every direction safely and evenly, even when the wall elements are rotating. High quality stainless steel is used in its manufacture to meet the high demands of its application. The bearing anchors are generally used in combination with Anchor Pins.

The round shape of the Cylinder Anchor means it can absorb stresses in all directions.
The Cylinder Anchor is normally used in combination with flat anchors and connector pins.
Calculation
The admissible design resistance values are affected by numerous factors. These are listed in table form in the download area.
The admissible resistances are dimensioned solely via the dead weight of the facing layer. Loads due to wind pressure, wind suction and temperature are already accounted for in the design resistance.
