Load-lifting magnetic spreader beam FX-LT

Comfortable handling, especially suitable for transporting long workpieces, such as at sheet metal processors as well as laser and flame cutters. For large sheets Magnets can be dismantled for individual use to enable transport of blanks and small sheets even without a spreader beam. The locking device enables flexible settings.

Caution: the carrying capacity of permanent load-lifting magnets is influenced by the following factors, which need to be taken into account when making the right choice:- Contact surface (such as rust or paint) and the resulting air gap- Material thickness- Temperature (> 80° not permissible with standard models – permanent damage to the device!)- Workpiece dimensions or inherent stability- Material composition of the load to be liftedAll 5 factors can occur at the same time and affect the carrying capacity accordingly!Carrying capacity reductions in relation to the factors can be taken from the tables!
Persons with heart pacemakers are prohibited from using the device!
