Safety instruction
- Caution: the carrying capacity of permanent load-lifting magnets is influenced by the following factors, which need to be taken into account when making the right choice:- Contact surface (such as rust or paint) and the resulting air gap- Material thickness- Temperature (> 80° not permissible with standard models – permanent damage to the device!)- Workpiece dimensions or inherent stability- Material composition of the load to be liftedAll 5 factors can occur at the same time and affect the carrying capacity accordingly!Carrying capacity reductions in relation to the factors can be taken from the tables!
- Use for parallel shear pull is forbidden – use magnets only to lift straight upwards, not at an inclination angle.
- Persons with heart pacemakers are prohibited from using the device!
- Observe the operating instructions!
