Vertical system LIFT
The practical aid for swivelling, moving and transporting materials. Suitable for moving loads from the horizontal to the vertical position and vice versa – especially for loads or workpieces without a pick-up device. Also suitable for vertical transport of materials and loading or unloading of machine tools. Ideal for the transport of round blanks. For up to 20 % of its nominal load, the unit can also be used without the supports underneath. Safe handling of workpieces is possible due to the variably adjustable centre of gravity and the adjustable overall height.

Safety instruction
  • Observe the specific carrying capacities for the respective HIT GREEN load-lifting magnets (model V up to 800 kg; model S from 2000 kg).
  • Caution: the carrying capacity of permanent load-lifting magnets is influenced by the following factors, which need to be taken into account when making the right choice:- Contact surface (such as rust or paint) and the resulting air gap- Material thickness- Temperature (> 80° not permissible with standard models – permanent damage to the device!)- Workpiece dimensions or inherent stability- Material composition of the load to be liftedAll 5 factors can occur at the same time and affect the carrying capacity accordingly!Carrying capacity reductions in relation to the factors can be taken from the tables!
  • Persons with heart pacemakers are prohibited from using the device!
