Lifting clamp Model KL
Flexible, sturdy, versatile – the new KL lifting clamp from PFEIFER sets standards. With the KL lifting clamp, safe lifting up to a 120° angle of inclination is possible - both when attaching sideways and lifting vertically, as well as when turning 180° sheet metal, steel plates, beams and steel construction elements.

Safety

Safety device

Safety mechanism with lock closed and lock open feature – when the safety mechanism is locked, there is a spring tension on the gripping cam so that the clamp cannot loosen from the load even under unintentional release. When the safety mechanism is locked open, the gripping cam is held back in the body of the clamp. Thus, the clamp can be attached to and removed from the load more easily.

With swivelling suspension eye – universal joint. Enables lateral attachment to the load up to an angle of 120° per side. Up to 45° per side without reduction in capacity.

Application: Lateral attachment in 2-legged chain sling.

Easy and safe attachment – without reduction in capacity up to 120° per side.

Application: Turning by 180°

For longer loads we recommend using at least two clamps / grabs in a double-leg sling or at a spreader beam.

Min. load weight 10 % of the SWL of the lifting clamp (i. e. 100 kgs for a 1-to clamp) required.

Suitable for a temperature range from – 20 °C to +100 °C (ambient or load temperature).
