Wire rope clamps acc. to EN 13411-5
Wire rope clamps are manufactured to EN 13411-5 to the current state of the art. Wire rope clamps with U-shaped clamp stirrup are not suitable for use with spiral ropes. Corrosion protection thanks to a galvanised surface.

Application area

  • Round strand ropes

Indication

  • The nominal size of the wire rope clamp corresponds to the maximum rope diameter. For intermediate sizes of the nominal rope diameter, the next larger clamp size is to be used. The nominal size 5 is valid only for nominal rope diameter 5 mm.
  • Please have a look about proper use according to BS EN 13411-5. Wire rope clamps with U-shaped clamp stirrups are not suitable for use with spiral ropes!
  • Dimensions correspond to nominal sizes without tolerance and without coating. Please contact us for exact measurements!
